How do I return an item?

Products received damaged must be reported as damaged upon receipt so that we may contact the carrier.  For defective products or other warranty issues, all manufacturer warranties apply and will be handled through the manufacturer's warranty policy.

All other returns should be in new condition, original packaging, and unused.  Please ship the item back to us within 30 days of purchase and provide us with tracking once shipped.  Refunds will be made in the manner of original payment, less the original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.  Credits are issued upon receipt back and inspection of the merchandise.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns, so please email or call in advance. For an RMA number, please provide the following:  Order Number, Product Code, Reason for the Return, Contact Information.

Please note that certain items may be non-returnable, including, but not limited to:

  • Custom ordered parts
  • Hazardous materials
  • Any part that has been used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty
  • Videos, software, and copyrighted material may not be returned once opened
