How do I return an item?

Products received damaged must be reported as damaged upon receipt so that we may contact the carrier. 

For defective products or other warranty issues, all manufacturer warranties apply and will be handled through the manufacturer's warranty policy.

All other returns should be in new condition and unused. Some returns may include a restocking fee. Restocking fees, when applicable, are determined based on the product ordered. Please contact us with any questions regarding potential restocking fees.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns, so please email or call in advance. For an RMA number, please call or email us and provide the following:  Order Number, Product Code, Reason for the Return, Contact Information.  Refunds will be made in the manner of original payment. Credits are issued upon receipt back and inspection of the merchandise.
